Debbie Kumas, owner of Chanell Poodles, has been a lover of animals her whole life.  Because of this she became a Pet Groomer and started owning and showing Standard Poodles in South Florida over 14 years ago.  After a long search for the right location to have a facility that could house Chanell's growing family of Standard Poodles we are up to Nine now, and have enough space to start breeding, she settled with her husband Jim in Warne, North Carolina just outside of Murhpy.  Warne is 2 hours from just about everywhere. Atlanta,GA  Asheville NC, Knoxville TN, Chattanooga TN , Columbia SC, Greensboro SC.  It is only a few hours from South Florida or New York via car.  The mountians of Western NC are pure heaven and our Poodles love it. With acres to run, mild weather and hills to climb they are the happiest they have ever been.  Debbie and her family all participate in the raising and caring of the animals.

Our dogs have been featured in magazine ads and photographed with celebraties such as the
Fab 5 from Queer Eye for a Straight Guy



Besides becoming Champions our dogs have gone on to careers as Therapy Dogs and have gained titles in Agility and Obedience.
